The Secret to a Successful stuffed mushroom!

I walked into my work break room today saw some amateur on TV trying to make roasted mushrooms....Yeah, well mine are better.

Ingredients:
1 pack of whole mushrooms
1 8oz cream cheese(whipped)
1/2 tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning and sun dried tomato
2 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
8 oz of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs blended
1 box of Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of olive oil

Simple: get a pack of whole mushroom, rinse and rip the stems off. Next get a tub of whipped cream cheese, mix the whipped cream cheese with a table teaspoon of garlic, salt, pepper, and some sun dried tomato seasoning or Italian seasoning or try some roasted red pepper seasoning. Mix in some real Parmesan(not the canned stuff!) and the chopped bacon. Stuff the inside of the mushroom with the cream cheese mix. Then roll them in a little blended egg to coat and then the key is to use Panko, cover it in the Panko! put them on a pan and drizzle, not soak, with olive oil and roast in the oven or toaster oven at like 375 for 12-15 minutes or so. BOOM! the perfect appetizer. I also do the same with just about any other vegetable like Zucchini,  or real green beans, only without the cream cheese. Just roll the veggie in the egg wash and mix your Panko with whatever seasoning sounds good and roast. They come out crispy and "fried" without the saturated fat!!!

"so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:11
