I know it's late and i haven't posted lately but life happens and I work....      That being said I will quickly give you this wonderful recipe. If you have never tried Stuffed Meatloaf then you should really give this one a shot! 3 lbs meat (I prefer Turkey and Beef) 1 cup raw diced mushrooms 1 lbs Bacon cooked and diced 2 cups of spinach raw 1 bag of Italian blend cheese 1 egg 1 cup quick oats 1 can rotel or diced tomatoes drained 1/2 onion 1 tbsp pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, 1 bell pepper chopped 1 can on tomato sauce 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Mix all the ingredients except for the bacon, spinach, and cheese together in a big bowl. Things that Successfully Irritate Me!!

Today was one of those day's where I should not have allowed things to irritate me but they did anyways, so here you go: 1) Why does every guy at the gym have to be a "tough guy?" Looking in the mirror and admiring your arms after doing one 20 lbs curl is not going to get you results dude....Sweat, hard work, and dedication will get you results...so go home and look at yourself in mirror there and get out of my way! (said in a nice way of course) That goes for personal trainer's with absolutely no social skills too, looking down at us chubby folk who have jobs, kids, and lives and body fat hindering us from spending all day on a stair master, crack a smile or something! 2) Speaking of gym irritations, why does the locker room have to stink all the time? Do people not wear deodorant if they know they are going to workout? I sweat like a  dog/cat in a Chinese  restaurant but I don't smell like that.  Also, not a big deal but I really don't like looking

The secret to my SUCCESS (issue # 3) Investing the money I waste!

Most of my weekends off are spent shopping for the week and spending money and time I don't have to waste. I have a system that I usually abide by that I think is successful. That is not purchasing anything without a coupon and always buying things on clearance when you can(I picked up socks on the clearance end cap this weekend for 3 dollars cheaper than the same exact pair on the rack). I tend to do most of my shopping at Target because I have a debit, not credit, card that gets me 5% off and comparably, 80 % of the items are cheaper(depending). If I need useless junk I go to Wal-mart, car items, soap, and some other things are always going to be cheaper. As for groceries though, Target wins. The target brand items are even really tasty compared to the things Wal-mart has. I NEVER buy fresh food at Wal-mart, it's a bad idea! Now if you don't believe me then I will gladly challenge you. Target has their own store coupons that can be doubled with the manufacturer and t
