More than just a a pretty face...
Man it's been awhile since I've written you folks.
But one thing inspired me recently to express myself again. Since being back in Dallas it's almost impossible to notice all the "male dominated" places to go around town. There's strip clubs and skimpy clad restaurants every 1/4 mile. Now I'm no different than any man, but that being said I have four girls. It breaks my heart to think of all these women working in these places. Yeah ok so they may not mind, the guys surely don't care and you can give me all that liberal hogwash all day. But one thing is for sure, not many of these girls choose this life over a professional career. Woman has always been looked at by men and ogled etc. But shouldn't we want our woman, our wives, our daughters, to know that they Re more than just a pretty face? Don't we want them to know that they are valued, loved and respected? So I'm sure to most guys I'm committing cardinal man code and here. But guess what DUDES I don't care. I don't want my daughters to ever think that they are only important to a man because they are half naked or just plain naked. I love my wife with all my heart and although the first thing I noticed was her striking beauty, I ultimately fell in love with her heart. Most of these poor girls are longing for attention because their fathers disconnected and gave up. They followed their career and other simple minded things in life instead of pouring love into the life of their own flesh and blood. It's pitiful that any man would consider me anything less of a man because I don't find pleasure in the degrading of woman. If this post excommunicates me from the tough guy man club then so be it. Ill gladly take a step to the side if it means respecting and loving a woman for what God created for them in his imagine for. Here my man card, in the shredder, good riddance!!!!
